Answer: Vacation Rental Destination Relaxation has two locations: Smyrna, Georgia, and Jacksonville, Florida. Guests may book their stay at Vacation Rental Destination Relaxation. Our available rental properties include a two-bedroom townhome, a three-bedroom townhome, and a three-bedroom single-family home. The minimum stay varies from two nights to a maximum of 90 days. Longer stays may be accommodated upon request.
Booking & Payment
- How do I check the availability of a property?
- What payment methods are accepted?
- Is a deposit required, and/or a rental agreement?
- Are there any additional fees (cleaning fees, service charges, etc.)?
- What is the cancellation policy?
Answer: You may easily check the availability of each property in Smyrna, Georgia, or Jacksonville, Florida, by visiting Vacation Rental Destination Relaxation and selecting a property from the drop-down menu. All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment. A deposit is not required; however, guests must sign a short-term rental agreement and provide a photo ID/Selfie. Additional fees include cleaning fees, management fees, and taxes. Our cancellation policy allows for a 100% refund of prepayments if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
Check-In & Check-Out
- What are the check-in and check-out times?

Answer: Check-in is 4:00 p.m., est. Check-out is 10:00 a.m., est. Entry is keyless by using a keypad with a code. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request with 24 hours' notice. Contact Tina Harris, 470-738-6884.
Amenities & House Rules

Answer: All properties at VRDR include fully equipped kitchens, towels and linens, washer and dryers, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, and free parking. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed at any of the properties. Only service animals are allowed. Smoking is not allowed at any of the properties. Large parties and events are not allowed. Overnight occupancy is a maximum of 6 people. Garage and driveway parking is available.

At VRDR, we value our guests' privacy. Please view our Privacy Policy here. For guest safety, we provide fire blankets, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. Each property is equipped with smoke/carbon dioxide detectors and safety alarms. Local regulations for each property require quiet hours after 11 p.m. and a maximum of 6 overnight guests allowed at the property.
